There are no RCA jack outputs that I know of, but there are 3 other outputs in the back. There is a headphone jack, and you can use that and buy a stereo headphone jack that will terminate into 2 RCA jacks to use with your Home Theater System for stereo only, no decoding.

Yes you can. I run a Tivo box into hdmi 1 and use the optical out to send the sound through my reciever! Hmm, don't know as i use the TV as monitor only, it is fed by a receiver 4K capable. Not sure if the optical output can pick up the sound from an HDMI input, i suspect it can, but not sure. I could check on the manual if it says something or you could check with sony tech support about it.
